What does a project with SaftaSoft cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on scope, but for orientation: a marketing website typically starts in the low five figures (USD), a first product release usually lands in the mid five figures, and long-running platform work is priced as a monthly team. We give a written estimate with assumptions after a discovery call — not a number on a rate card.

How do you work with clients in other time zones?

We overlap deliberately. Teams are scheduled so there are shared working hours with Europe, the Middle East, the UK and North America, and asynchronous updates cover the rest. Most clients get a written update daily and a demo weekly.

Who owns the code and the designs?

Accepted Answer

You do, in full, from the first commit. Repositories live in your organisation, infrastructure runs in accounts you own, and design source files are handed over at the end of every phase.

Do you work with our existing team?

Accepted Answer

Frequently. We plug into an existing engineering or design team, take a defined workstream, and follow your conventions and review process. We will say early if we think the split of responsibilities will cause problems.

What happens after launch?

Every project ends with documentation, a handover session and a support agreement if you want one. Support covers monitoring, dependency and security updates, bug fixes and a prioritised improvement backlog.

Can you take over a project someone else started?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We start with a technical audit covering architecture, dependencies, test coverage and security, and give you an honest recommendation — extend, refactor, or rebuild the parts holding you back. Sometimes the answer is that the existing team should finish it.

How do you handle confidentiality?

We sign an NDA before discovery whenever you want one, limit access to the people working on the project, and keep credentials in a managed secret store. Case studies are only published with written permission.

Can we meet the team in person?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our office is in PECHS, Karachi, and we run discovery workshops and launch reviews in person with clients in the city — or at your premises. We travel elsewhere in Pakistan when a project justifies it. For international clients everything runs remotely, though we are happy to arrange a visit for a significant engagement.

Do you invoice in rupees or dollars?

Either. Pakistani clients are usually invoiced in PKR with proper sales-tax invoicing and withholding handled correctly. International clients are invoiced in USD, GBP or EUR against a contract in their jurisdiction, with IP assigned to you on payment.

How quickly can you start?

Discovery can usually begin within one to two weeks. Full delivery capacity depends on the current schedule — we will tell you the real start date rather than book work we cannot staff.
